From Brandon:
Take Highway 60 through Brandon and exit on to I-75 South. Exit Tampa/Toll Road (Lee Roy Selmon Expressway).  Take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway west to downtown (toll). Exit #8-Downtown East (Kennedy Blvd.). Continue west on Kennedy Blvd.; cross over Florida Avenue (City Hall on the left, Tampa Police Department on the right-blue building).  Go 2 lights to Tampa Street (1st light is a pedestrian light; 2nd light is Tampa Street).  Turn left on to Tampa Street; get in the right lane (Bank of America Plaza will be on your right). The first light is Jackson Street.  Cross Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left). Go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway. Turn into Bank of America parking garage entrance on the right.

From Clearwater:
Take the Courtney Campbell Causeway to I-275 North. Exit Downtown West (Tampa/Ashley Street) (exit before is Howard/Armenia).  Take Tampa Street South (follow the Tampa Convention Center signs). Go approximately 9 lights to Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left, Bank of America Plaza on your right) (Kennedy Blvd. is the light before Jackson St.) Cross over Jackson Street.  Go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway.  Turn right into Bank of America Plaza parking garage entrance on the right.

From St. Petersburg
Using Howard Frankland Bridge:
Take the Howard Frankland Bridge to I-275 North. Exit Downtown West (Tampa/Ashley Street) (the exit before is Howard/Armenia).  Take Tampa Street South (follow the Tampa Convention Center signs).  Go approximately 9 lights to Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left, Bank of America Plaza on your right) (Kennedy Blvd. is the light before Jackson St.) Cross over Jackson Street.  Go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway. Turn into Bank of America Plaza parking garage entrance on the right.

From St. Petersburg
Using Gandy Bridge:
Take the Gandy Bridge over to Tampa. Continue on Gandy Blvd. east to Lee Roy Selmon Expressway (toll).  Exit Florida Avenue; continue north on Florida Avenue.  Go to Kennedy Blvd. and turn left (City Hall on your left; Tampa Police Department on your right in a blue building).  Follow Kennedy Blvd. to Tampa Street (approximately 2 lights; 1st light is a pedestrian light).  Turn left on to Tampa Street; get in the right lane. (Bank of America Plaza on your right).  Cross Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left).  Go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway.  Turn into Bank of America Plaza parking garage entrance on the right.

From Orlando:
Take I-4 West to Tampa. When you get into Tampa and as you get closer to downtown Tampa, you'll see exits for Ybor City (21st and 22nd Streets).  Right past these exits on I-4, you'll see what we call Malfunction Junction, which is where I-275 and I-4 meet; stay in your middle or left lane and take I-275 South (follow St. Petersburg/Tampa Airport sign).  It curves around to the left and then to the right; as you are going around the right curve, this is where I-275 intersects, so ASAP you will need to get in your right lane and then take the first exit on your right, which is Downtown West, (Tampa/Ashley Street).  Take Tampa Street South (follow the Tampa Convention Center signs).  Go approximately 9 lights to Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left) (Kennedy Blvd. is the light before Jackson St.) (on the right corner of Jackson and Tampa Street is our building, Bank of America).  Cross over Jackson Street.  Go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway. Turn right into the Bank of America Plaza parking garage entrance on the right.

From Sarasota
Via Sunshine Skyway to Howard Frankland Bridge:
Take I-75 north and follow the signs to the Sunshine Skyway. Take the Sunshine Skyway (toll bridge) into Pinellas County. Stay on I-275 going north towards the Howard Frankland Bridge.  Cross the Bridge and exit Downtown West (Tampa/Ashley Street) (exit before is Howard/Armenia).  Take Tampa Street South (follow the Tampa Convention Center signs).  Go approximately 9 lights to Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left, Bank of America Plaza on your right) (Kennedy Blvd. is the light before Jackson St.).  Cross Jackson Street and go approximately 1/2 block and take your first possible right into the side street/alleyway.  Turn into the parking garage entrance on the right.

From Sarasota
Via I-75:
Follow I-75 North; exit Tampa/Toll Road (Lee Roy Selmon Expressway)-Exit #50; take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway west to downtown (toll). Exit #8-Downtown East (Kennedy Blvd.).  Continue west on Kennedy Blvd.; cross over Florida Avenue (City Hall on the left, Tampa Police Department on the right-blue building).  Go 2 lights to Tampa Street (1st light is a pedestrian light; 2nd light is Tampa Street).  Turn left on to Tampa Street; get in the right lane (Bank of America Plaza (f/n/a Barnett Plaza) will be on your right).  The first light is Jackson Street.  Cross Jackson Street (Hyatt Regency on your left).  Cross over Jackson St.; go approximately 1/2 block and take first possible right into side street/alleyway.  Turn into the parking garage entrance on the right.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have entered the Bank of America Garage, proceed to Level 3.  Follow the signs to Visitor Parking; take a ticket at either gate on Level 3.  Park on Level 6 or above in an unreserved space.  Take garage elevator to Level 3 (Skybridge Level).  Exit elevator and walk to your left over the Skybridge into the main lobby of the building.  Proceed to first set of elevator banks. Take elevator to 24th floor to Himes & Hearn. We are located in Suite 2430. Thank you!
