Fraser Himes practices only in the field of divorce law, and he is a recognized specialist in marital and family law. Mr. Himes has been continuously Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in divorce practice since 1987.


Mr. Himes primarily represents high wealth individuals and has done so in many jurisdictions of Florida.
His clients have included entrepreneurs, business owners, professional athletes and sports team owners, doctors, lawyers, accountants, and professionals from other fields and their spouses. He is particularly careful to maintain the highest degree of privacy consistent with the client’s expectations.

He handles divorce cases involving complex issues and large marital estates with tax, property distribution, valuation, marital misconduct, spousal support, alimony, and child support, as well as contested custody and visitation issues. Mr. Himes prepares, and has prepared numerous, complex premarital and postnuptial agreements involving significant wealth.



Mr. Himes' approach to divorce is sensitive and responsive. He is trained in both mediation and collaborative divorce law, and he encourages the use of alternative dispute resolution methods to minimize costs and emotional fallout in resolving his divorce cases. He is an experienced marital and family law trial lawyer who has litigated extensively in many jurisdictions in Florida including the Tampa Bay Area, Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Jacksonville.

Mr. Himes recently chaired the Family Law Rules Committee of The Florida Bar (2006-2007). He has served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the The Florida Bar, American Bar Association and also the Hillsborough County Bar Association which he served as President. Mr. Himes has served as a Master in the Family Law Inns of Court, and he has also served on the Board of Certification for The Florida Bar for the specialization area of Marital and Family Law. Mr. Himes has written published articles and lectured on a variety of family law topics for The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education seminars and other professional education groups.

Mr. Himes received his B.A. in 1967 from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. in 1971 from the University of Florida Law School. He attended international law classes at the University of Exeter, Devon, England in 1969, and is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts. Mr. Himes is a life long resident of Tampa, and both Mr. Himes' father and grandfather practiced law in Tampa before him. All three generations had the honor and distinction of serving as presidents of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Mr. Himes has also been recognized as a Community Hero by one of the charities he serves and also has been recognized for his extensive pro bono contributions.

Mr. Himes holds the highest peer review rating "AV" from Martindale Hubbell and has been selected to be included in The Best Lawyers of America (Family Law) 2007, Super Lawyers Magazine-Family Law-2007, and Who's Who in American Law-Marquis (Family Law).

Christine Hearn practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law. She received her B.A. degree from Syracuse University and her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.

Ms. Hearn has practiced in the area of matrimonial law since 1994 and has represented clients in many different jurisdictions throughout Florida.
She has substantial experience with all aspects of family law, including property distribution, child support, alimony, asset valuation, tax issues, parenting plans, and timesharing arrangements.

Ms. Hearn has a “common sense” approach to her cases, while efficiently and effectively advocating for her clients. She has been formally trained as a Certified Family Law Mediator and has used these skills to successfully negotiate settlements in most of her cases.
Ms. Hearn’s clients have included professional athletes, business owners, doctors, lawyers, corporate executives, and other professionals and their spouses.
Ms. Hearn is certified as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer and has served on the Board of Directors of the Child Abuse Council and the Forest Hills Youth Baseball League. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Kim Miller practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law. She received her B.A. from Furman University and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 1996.
Ms. Miller has experience in all areas of family law, including property distribution, alimony, child support, custody disputes, parenting plans and timesharing arrangements. Additionally, she has been substantially involved in divorce cases with complex legal issues and large marital estates. Additionally, Ms. Miller has experience in collaborative law.

Ms. Miller is a member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, and the Collaborative Divorce Institute of Tampa Bay. She is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem for Hillsborough County.





Jill Lowe

Ms. Lowe has practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law since 2005. She received her B.A. from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude.


Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to work on complex divorces with large marital estates.
Ms. Lowe is experienced in handling all aspects of a family law matter including, but not limited to, distribution of the marital estate, alimony, child support, parenting plans, and enforcement or modification of settlement agreements or final judgments. She is also trained in collaborative family law.

Ms. Lowe currently serves on the board for Children’s Home Society and is a member of the Hillsborough Bar Association. Her past bar involvement includes serving as president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association, president of the Family Law Section of the Collier County Bar Association, and chair of the Parenting Plans Form Committee for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. In 2011, Ms. Lowe was honored by her selection for inclusion in the Gulfshore Business Magazine 40 under 40, which acknowledges individuals who have distinguished themselves in their profession and in the community.
