From Brandon

Take Highway 60 through Brandon and exit onto I-75 South. Exit Tampa/Toll Road (Lee Roy Selmon Expressway). Take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway west to downtown (toll). Take exit #7 toward Downtown-West (toll). Keep right at the fork and follow the signs for Ashley Drive. Follow Ashley Drive and turn right onto East Brorein Street (the left right turn lane is better). Make a slight left onto Bayshore Boulevard. From Bayshore Boulevard, take a slight right onto West Bay Street, which is near the Davis Island bridge. At the stop sign turn left onto South Magnolia Boulevard and turn left into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

From Clearwater

Take the Courtney Campbell Causeway and follow signs for Florida 60 East. Merge onto West Kennedy Boulevard and follow for about 6 miles. Turn right onto South Boulevard. Turn left onto West Bay Street. Turn right onto South Magnolia Boulevard and turn left into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

From St. Petersburg – Using Howard Frankland Bridge

Take I-275 North and follow it across the Howard Frankland Bridge into Tampa. From I-275 North, take exit 44 toward the Downtown East/Downtown West exit. Keep right at the fork and follow the signs for Ashley Drive. Follow Ashley Drive and turn right onto East Brorein Street (the left right turn lane is better). Make a slight left onto Bayshore Boulevard. From Bayshore Boulevard, take a slight right onto West Bay Street, which is near the Davis Island bridge. At the stop sign turn left onto South Magnolia Boulevard and turn left into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

From St. Petersburg – Using Gandy Bridge

Take the Gandy Bridge over to Tampa. Continue on Gandy Blvd. east to Lee Roy Selmon Expressway (toll). Take exit 4 toward Willow Avenue/Davis Island. Merge onto West Platt Street. Turn right onto South Boulevard. Turn left onto West Bay Street. Turn right onto South Magnolia Avenue and turn right into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

From Orlando

Take I-4 West to Tampa. When you get into Tampa and as you get closer to downtown Tampa, you’ll see exits for Ybor City (21st and 22nd Streets). Right past these exits on I-4, you’ll see what we call Malfunction Junction, which is where I-275 and I-4 meet; stay in your middle or left lane and take I-275 South (follow St. Petersburg/Tampa Airport sign). It curves around to the left and then to the right; as you are going around the right curve, this is where I-275 intersects, so ASAP you will need to get in your right lane and then take the first exit on your right, which is Downtown West, (Tampa/Ashley Street). Follow Ashley Drive and turn right onto East Brorein Street (the left right turn lane is better). Make a slight left onto Bayshore Boulevard. From Bayshore Boulevard, take a slight right onto West Bay Street, which is near the Davis Island bridge. At the stop sign turn left onto South Magnolia Boulevard and turn left into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

From Sarasota – Via Sunshine Skyway to Howard Frankland Bridge

Take I-75 north and follow the signs to the Sunshine Skyway. Take the Sunshine Skyway (toll bridge) into Pinellas County. Stay on I-275 going north across the Howard Frankland Bridge. Take exit 44 toward the Downtown East/Downtown West exit. Keep right at the fork and follow the signs for Ashley Drive. Follow Ashley Drive and turn right onto East Brorein Street (the left right turn lane is better). Make a slight left onto Bayshore Boulevard. From Bayshore Boulevard, take a slight right onto West Bay Street, which is near the Davis Island bridge. From Sarasota – Via I-75

Follow I-75 North to Tampa. Take exit 256 for Tampa/Toll Road (Lee Roy Selmon Expressway). Take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway west to downtown (toll). Take exit 7 toward Downtown-West. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for East Brorein Street and merge to the left lane onto East Brorein Street. Make a slight left onto Bayshore Boulevard. From Bayshore Boulevard, take a slight right onto West Bay Street, which is near the Davis Island bridge. At the stop sign turn left onto South Magnolia Boulevard and turn left into the parking garage of Bayshore Place, which is frequently referred to as the Bank of Tampa Building, and the name Bank of Tampa is on the top of the building.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have entered the Bayshore Plaza parking garage, keep to the right and continue up to level 5B. Once you reach level 5B, look to your left and you should see assigned parking for Himes & Hearn, P.A. Additional parking is also available all the way to the right end of level 5B in the stacked parking spaces. Please park only in an assigned parking space for Himes & Hearn, P.A. Parking elsewhere may result in your car being towed.
